2008 Daegu Art Fair will be held under the auspices of Daegu Metropolitan City and under the management of Daegu Art
Fair committee and Galleries Association of Daegu.
The aim of this art fair is to give worldwide publicity to Daegu city which is the center of culture and art and also the city
of historic education and culture in north east Asia.
2008 Daegu Art Fair which is based on the identity of Daegu, the center of culture & Arts, will present the works of world-wide famous artists.
2008 Daegu Art Fair will confirm the authority of the regional art markets which expand the possibility of success together
with the success of regional auction.
Also, 2008 Daegu Art Fair will have greater meaning by giving Daegu citizens to enjoy and participate in the culture and
will overcome the present situation of the capital concentration of the culture and art.
Moreover, 2008 Daegu Art Fair will lead the revitalization of the Art sector and the popularization of the Art informations.
This fair will enhance the progress of Daegu Art sectors and will lead to the development of the related industries.
